The transfer of the shares took place on January 1, 2026 as part of an entrepreneurial succession solution. <\/p>\n

tic Medizintechnik has been an established German provider of innovative medical technology solutions for over 25 years. The company develops, produces and sells high-quality systems for medical functional diagnostics and conservative therapy approaches – including in the fields of urology, gynecology, pain therapy and rehabilitation. <\/p>\n
