They presented typical cases of damage with a focus on the GCU and their legal challenges using practical examples. <\/p>\n<p>The two-day workshop organized by the <strong>Association of German Transport Companies (VDV)<\/strong>, the <strong>VDV Academy<\/strong> and <strong>DVA (Deutsche Verkehrs-Assekuranz)<\/strong> with numerous experts from the fields of law and insurance provided a valuable platform for the exchange of information on current topics relating to claims in rail transport.
