In his presentation on &#8220;Legal and tax specifics: What should you prepare for when expanding to the German market?&#8221; he highlighted important aspects for setting up a business in Germany and the biggest legal and tax differences.   <\/p>\n<p>Germany has long been Poland&#8217;s most important trading partner. And since the first half of 2024, Poland has even been Germany&#8217;s fourth largest trading partner &#8211; even ahead of China! This shows how intensive the cooperation between our countries is becoming and how many new areas of cooperation are emerging.
