Following the successful kick-off event on 23.9.2021 at TIGGES in D\u00fcsseldorf with almost 40 participants, GESSI is thus responding to the great demand from its members: In digital form, all interested parties can take part in the event and join in the exciting discussion with members of the interdisciplinary working group. <\/p>\n<p>The new standard agreement on capital and voting pooling has been prepared under the lead management of TIGGES lawyers <a href=\"\/f-1-18-117-marius-rosenberg.html\"><strong>Marius Rosenberg<\/strong><\/a> and <strong><a href=\"\/f-1-30-117-christian-schon.html\">Christian Schon<\/a><\/strong> and Christian Schon.
