As part of the Startup Week D\u00fcsseldorf<\/a><\/strong> we are organizing on Tuesday, June 21, 2022<\/strong> from 4 – 7 p.m.<\/strong> together with the BANDakademie<\/a><\/strong>(Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland e.V.<\/a>) an event on the topic “GESSI – standards for startup financing<\/a><\/strong>” and cordially invite you to attend.<\/p>\n

GESSI is a project of the Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland e.V.<\/strong> and the Startup Verband<\/strong> for the development of standard agreements to simplify startup financing – all legally compliant, fairly negotiated and bilingually downloadable free of charge. In this BANDakademie event as part of the Startup Week, we present an overview of the most important agreements. A practical panel with founders and investors will round off the event. <\/p>\n

Afterwards, we cordially invite you to a networking event with snacks and drinks.<\/p>\n
