In this webinar, the speakers from our Poland competence team highlighted the opportunities and challenges of the Polish market. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/f-1-32-117-dr-dominik-wagner-ll-m.html\">Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M., EMBA<\/a> highlighted Poland&#8217;s potential as a business location and emphasized the increasing importance of the country, particularly in connection with nearshoring for German companies. Poland has developed into a dynamic and promising market in recent years. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/f-1-33-117-tomasz-baron-ll-m.html\">Tomasz Baron, LL.M.<\/a>  from our branch in Katowice discussed the various sales strategies, including direct sales, the use of sales representatives and the establishment of a sales company, and explained the legal particularities.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, <a href=\"\/f-1-47-117-kamil-twardowski-ll-m.html\">Kamil Twardowski, LL.M.<\/a> (Heidelberg), also from our office in Katowice, discussed important security mechanisms that must be observed when trading with Polish business partners, such as submission to execution and bank guarantees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The lively Q&amp;A session showed the great interest of the participants and valuable recommendations for action and experience were shared.
