The joint analysis from different perspectives was particularly exciting: technology, operations, insurance and law. <\/p>\n\n<p>We are delighted that <a href=\"https:\/\/tigges.legal\/en\/team-member\/klaus-peter-langenkamp\/\" data-type=\"team-mitglied\" data-id=\"591\">Klaus-Peter Langenkamp<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/tigges.legal\/en\/team-member\/dr-frank-wilting\/\" data-type=\"team-mitglied\" data-id=\"1470\">Dr. Frank Wilting<\/a> from our <strong>Rail competence team<\/strong> were part of the program with a legal contribution. They shed light on legal pitfalls, liability issues and strategic aspects relating to the topic of limitation periods, thereby adding a legal perspective to the industry&#8217;s practical experience. <\/p>\n\n<p>Many thanks to the organizers from the Association of German Transport Companies (VDV) and DVA Deutsche Verkehrs-Assekuranz-Vermittlungs-GmbH for the excellent organization and to all the speakers for the open insights into their practical work.<\/p>\n\n<p>We would also like to thank all participants for the exciting discussions and the collegial exchange.
