His inclusion in the PMAC list underlines his many years of experience in the field of intellectual property law and his recognized expertise in national and international patent law. <br\/><br\/>The Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre was created as part of the Unified Patent Court to offer companies and patent holders efficient and practical dispute resolution options outside of traditional court proceedings. Alternative procedures are becoming increasingly important, especially for cross-border patent disputes.   <br\/><br\/>The official launch of the PMAC was celebrated at the beginning of June in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
