{"id":9725,"date":"2026-06-29T12:42:01","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T10:42:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tigges.legal\/bvmw-construction-real-estate-roundtable-at-tigges\/"},"modified":"2026-06-29T12:55:57","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T10:55:57","slug":"bvmw-construction-real-estate-roundtable-at-tigges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tigges.legal\/en\/bvmw-construction-real-estate-roundtable-at-tigges\/","title":{"rendered":"BVMW \u201cConstruction &#038; Real Estate\u201d Roundtable at TIGGES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last week, TIGGES once again had the pleasure of hosting the <strong>BVMW<\/strong> Roundtable on \u201cConstruction &amp; <strong>Real Estate<\/strong>.\u201d We were delighted that, despite the midsummer heat, another dedicated group of industry representatives came together to discuss current challenges, trends, and future prospects. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Between preserving existing buildings, the energy transition, and artificial intelligence, the construction and real estate industries are facing profound changes. This makes it all the more important to have formats that create space for open dialogue, new perspectives, and collaborative thinking. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among other things, the discussion focused on the question of how innovation can succeed, especially during economically challenging times. The answers are varied: through the smart modernization and repurposing of existing properties, the creation of new gathering places, the use of sustainable technologies such as solar roofs, and the thoughtful integration of artificial intelligence into planning, development, and operations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tigges.legal\/en\/team-member\/devora-kacheva-ll-m\/\" data-type=\"team-mitglied\" data-id=\"1449\">Devora Kacheva, LL.M.:<\/a>&#8220;We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the <strong>BVMW D\u00fcsseldorf Economic Region<\/strong>, and in particular to <strong>Christoph Rath<\/strong>, for the excellent organization of this successful event and for his professional moderation of the evening.
