As TIGGES, we greatly appreciated the opportunity to participate as a partner in this first-class event, held at the D\u00fcsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Industry. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The summit brought together M&amp;A advisors, investors, private equity experts, and entrepreneurs from Germany and the Netherlands, providing an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and building new contacts.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program reflected many of the issues currently shaping the M&amp;A landscape for small and medium-sized enterprises. Of particular interest were the discussions on identifying value potential in complex transactions (\u201cHidden Alpha\u201d), the growing appeal of the business services sector for cross-border transactions, and the opportunities that arise when experienced advisors build networks beyond their domestic markets. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It has once again become clear that successful cross-border transactions require far more than just legal and financial expertise.
