Kamil Twardowski has been working at Tigges Rechtsanwälte since September 2023. He is a litigator and represents the firm's clients before Polish courts and public administration bodies in commercial, civil and criminal cases, including mediation proceedings. He also provides comprehensive support to companies starting their business in Poland and advises them on their ongoing business activities.

Kamil Twardowski also offers advice on the preparation and execution of M&A transactions and assists clients in preparing and reviewing the contracts they need to run their business.

Kamil Twardowski also has expertise in practical restructuring advice and supports clients in insolvency proceedings. His experience and professionalism were recognized by the jury of the law firm ranking of the Polish daily newspaper "Dziennik Rzeczpospolita" in 2023, giving him a recommendation in the "Restructuring and Insolvency" category.
