TIGGES partner and head of the Transportation & Logistics Competence Team Klaus-Peter Langenkamp recently became an accredited Incoterms® 2020 trainer. The accreditation is carried out by the ICC Germany .V. (International Chamber of Commerce) and allows Klaus-Peter Langenkamp to train companies on the currently valid Incoterms 2020.

 

COVID-19 update: Suspension of the obligation to file for insolvency extended until 31.12.2020

Already since 27 March 2020, companies in financial difficulties due to the COVID 19 pandemic are exempted from the obligation to file for insolvency until 30 September 2020 for all insolvency reasons. The German government has now agreed to extend the suspension of insolvency until 31.12.2020.
