3rd German-Polish Business Dialogue in North Rhine-Westphalia

Poland remains in the fast lane despite the economic slump in Europe. With 3 percent economic growth in 2024, our neighbor is brimming with self-confidence. German companies are benefiting from Poland’s rise. In the first half of 2024, Germany exported more goods to Poland than to China. The country on the Vistula has been very popular with SME investors for many years anyway.

European funding is helping Poland to invest in important areas for the future – for example in the energy sector and new storage technologies. In terms of economic power, no other country in NATO spends as much on defense as Poland.

These developments offer Polish and German partners extensive opportunities for new business relationships. But companies are asking themselves: What do I need to consider? What are the specific opportunities and risks? What is the situation in the defense and energy storage sectors in Germany and Poland? The 3rd German-Polish Business Dialogue in North Rhine-Westphalia, organized by the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Poland) in cooperation with the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in North Rhine-Westphalia (IHK NRW e.V.), NRW.GLOBAL BUSINESS, the state capital Düsseldorf and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Cologne, cordially welcomes you to these questions.
