Congratulations, Kamil! We are very pleased to announce that Kamil Twardowski, LL.M., Adwokat at our Katowice office, was admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar Association last Friday and is thus authorized to represent clients before the courts of both countries.
Kamil thus joins a group of TIGGES colleagues who are at home in both legal systems: Tomasz Baron, LL.M., Dr. Georg Jaster and Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M., EMBA from our Poland competence team also have a right of representation and/or admission in the respective other country. These qualifications are an important building block for our advisory expertise in German-Polish business transactions – and a strong signal for our clients who are active in both markets or would like to become so.
