Last Thursday, our law firm in Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen became a meeting place for entrepreneurs who know: “SMEs need new approaches to B2B sales.” As a law firm advising SMEs, it was a great pleasure for us to host the BVMW ‘s FOKUS.Vertrieb event series.
On this evening, everything revolved around the central topic:
“Digital visibility and modern sales strategies in SMEs.” Digital experts from the Graphix agency, Andreas Fraessdorf and Gaby Willeczelek, provided practical insights into how the customer journey in B2B has changed – and why traditional sales channels are no longer enough to win new customers in the long term. TIGGES partner Micaela Schork, LL.M. shed light on the legal pitfalls surrounding AI-supported search engine optimization, chatbots and lead nurturing.
