Grinta Media, a leading service provider in the television production industry based in Hilversum, the Netherlands, has acquired Argus Productions, a renowned company from Utrecht. This strategic acquisition is aimed at strengthening Grinta Media’s market position and expanding its presence in the international market.
Since its foundation in 2018, Grinta Media has made a name for itself by providing qualified professionals such as chief editors, picture editors, item directors, editors, assistant directors as well as slomo and autocue operators for sports, news and entertainment productions. With a dedicated team of 37 employees, Grinta Media has made significant contributions to the TV industry and established itself as a reliable partner.
Argus Productions, known for its international commitment with employees in Germany and Belgium, brings 80 highly qualified employees into the partnership. This expansion enables Grinta Media to become an influential player in the TV staffing services segment and to support its clients even more comprehensively in the future. This transaction will make Grinta Media an even stronger content partner.
