Yesterday at the TIGGES Ladies’ Salon, we had the pleasure of attending an exciting and inspiring networking evening on the topic of “Leaders in the AI transformation: lead, inspire and transform! Insight into AI, useful AI tools and new methods to make this change a success”.
Jakow Smirin, AI Hub Manager at STARTPLATZ Düsseldorf, and Valentina Ilic, HR Consultant at Synnous Consulting GmbH, gave a glimpse into the future of AI and fascinating insights into the latest AI tools and methods in their keynote speeches. They showed how managers can not only accompany the digital transformation, but also actively shape it.
The lively discussion was particularly enriching: many questions and valuable impulses ensured an intensive exchange and everyone was able to take away valuable know-how on this evening in order to make even better use of the opportunities offered by AI in their own work. Because one thing is clear: AI is constantly evolving – and it is crucial to stay up-to-date in order to use the latest developments and tools effectively. Or to put it another way: “AI is not going to replace you. You’re going to be replaced by someone who uses AI to outperform you…”
