We are particularly pleased to welcome Siegfried Eckstedt from KI.NRW as a guest speaker. KI.NRW is the central networking initiative of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in the field of artificial intelligence and is supported by the state’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy. The platform is based at the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems IAIS.
As an AI manager, Siegfried Eckstedt supports companies in the development and implementation of AI use cases. He has previously designed AI solutions in practice, from conception to commissioning. In his workshop tailored to medium-sized companies, he will demonstrate in a practical way how to get started with an AI strategy. Using illustrative practical examples, he will convey the numerous possible applications of AI in SMEs and offer a roadmap for the successful introduction of AI in companies.
Micaela Schork, LL.M., partner at TIGGES in the IP & IT department, and Lars Bandau, LL.M., LL.B., consultant and data protection officer at TIGGES DCO, will shed light on the legal framework. They will address key legal issues that are relevant to the use of AI in companies.
