Last week, this year’s international conference “German-Polish Future Markets” of the AHK Polska took place at the IHK Hannover.
We are proud to be a partner of this special event.
Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M., EMBA from our Düsseldorf office as well as Tomasz Baron, LL.M. and Kamil Twardowski, LL.M. from our Katowice office took part in the conference on behalf of the TIGGES Poland competence team. Our contribution to the event: a workshop that provided a compact and practice-oriented overview of the most important legal and economic aspects of market entry in Poland.
The workshop offered legal know-how, valuable insights and tried-and-tested solutions for gaining a secure and successful foothold in Poland.
The focus was on the following topics:
- Legal forms of business activity in Poland
- Drafting of commercial contracts
- Employment law framework and tips for hiring employees
- Risk minimization strategies
