Recently, the AHV NRW webinar "AHV Focus: Law and Sales in Europe using Poland as an Example" took place. In this webinar, experts from our Poland competence team highlighted the opportunities and challenges of the Polish market.

  • Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M., EMBA emphasized Poland's potential as a business location and highlighted the country's growing importance, particularly in connection with nearshoring for German companies. Over the past few years, Poland has developed into a dynamic and promising market.
  • Tomasz Baron, LL.M., from our Katowice office, discussed various sales strategies, including direct sales, the use of commercial agents, and the establishment of a distribution company, while explaining the legal specifics.
  • Finally, Kamil Twardowski, LL.M. (Heidelberg), also from our Katowice office, addressed key security mechanisms to be observed when trading with Polish business partners, such as submission to enforcement and bank guarantees.
