Area of Specialisation
Daniel Lüdemann is partner at the law firm TIGGES. He heads the employment law practice group. Since 2005, Mr Lüdemann has been advising German and international companies since 2005, both as a lawyer and on the corporate side, particularly in the areas of collective and individual employment law as well as corporate law.
Mr Lüdemann‘s fields of activity include in particular advising employers in the framework of arbitration tribunals, decision-making procedures as well as negotiations with works councils and unions. In individual employment law, he advises employers regarding employment-law day-to-day business, as well as executive employees, managing directors and other organs in connection with the configuration of (international) employment contracts, amicable contract cancellations, secondments, outplacements and transfers of businesses.
Furthermore, Mr Lüdemann advises on the interface between labour and corporate law, including in the context of restructurings and M&A projects. He also advises shareholders with regard to the strategic preparation and organisation of shareholders' meetings and in the context of disputes at shareholder level.
