COVID-19 update: Suspension of the obligation to file for insolvency is extended until 31.12.2020
Since 27.03.2020, companies in financial difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic have been exempt from the obligation to file for insolvency for all insolvency grounds until 30.09.2020. The German government has now agreed to extend the suspension of insolvency until 31.12.2020.
