From clicks to customers: Legally compliant to lead success

This week, we welcomed numerous guests to our premises for the MedienHafen Talk. Around 30 participants accepted the invitation to explore the potential of meta ads in the B2B sector together with the experts from Wonderland Consulting and our team.

The key question of the evening was how to turn attention into real business contacts while consistently avoiding legal pitfalls.

In a keynote speech, Larissa Lammering from Wonderland Consulting and our partner Micaela Schork, LL.M. showed how closely marketing strategy and law are linked. The focus was on the question of how companies can score points with measurably higher lead quality and which regulatory guidelines must be observed, particularly with regard to the GDPR and current AI guidelines.

The great interest of the guests was reflected in the numerous well-founded questions after the presentation. The result was a valuable exchange between marketing practice and legal expertise.
