It gives us great pleasure to announce the election of our partner Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M., to the board of the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the election of our colleague Tomasz Baron, LL.M., as arbitrator of the arbitration board at the AHK Poland.
On Friday, June 2, 2023, the General Assembly of the AHK Poland in Warsaw elected a new Board of Directors, and we are proud to announce that Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M. is one of the new members. He will bring his extensive experience and expertise to the board and further strengthen business relations between Germany and Poland.
At the same time, Tomasz Baron, LL.M., another important member of our Poland competence team and lawyer in our Katowice office, has taken over the position of arbitrator at the Arbitration Board of the AHK Poland. This important function ensures fair and just decisions in disputes and we are sure that Tomasz Baron will fulfill his task with the highest professionalism and integrity.
The appointments of Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M. and Tomasz Baron, LL.M. are testimony to their extraordinary work and commitment to German-Polish cooperation.
