Under the leadership of TIGGES Attorneys at Law Marius Rosenberg and Christian Schon the GESSI working group “Syndication & Pooling” has developed a new standard contract on capital and voting pooling in recent months. GESSI is a joint project of the Business Angels Network Germany e.V. (BAND) and the Federal Association of German Startups e.V. for the development of standardized templates for investors and startups.
On Thursday, September 23, 2021, 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the new standard contract will be presented in a kick-off workshop in Düsseldorf and simultaneously made available for free download on the website of the German Standards Setting Institute (GESSI) at the same time.
