On Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., the German Standards Setting Institute (GESSI) invites you to an ONLINE workshop on the new standard documents“Syndication & Pooling“. Following the successful kick-off event on 23.9.2021 at TIGGES in Düsseldorf with almost 40 participants, GESSI is thus responding to the great demand from its members: In digital form, all interested parties can take part in the event and join in the exciting discussion with members of the interdisciplinary working group.
The new standard agreement on capital and voting pooling has been prepared under the lead management of TIGGES lawyers Marius Rosenberg and Christian Schon and Christian Schon. GESSI is a joint project of the Business Angels Network Germany e.V. (BAND) and the Federal Association of German Startups e.V. for the development of standardized templates for investors and startups.
