As part of the Startup Week Düsseldorf we are organizing on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 4 – 7 p.m. together with the BANDakademie(Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland e.V.) an event on the topic “GESSI – standards for startup financing” and cordially invite you to attend.
GESSI is a project of the Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland e.V. and the Startup Verband for the development of standard agreements to simplify startup financing – all legally compliant, fairly negotiated and bilingually downloadable free of charge. In this BANDakademie event as part of the Startup Week, we present an overview of the most important agreements. A practical panel with founders and investors will round off the event.
