Dr. Marcin Zieliński, LL.M., is a lawyer at TIGGES and advises clients on German and Polish labor law as well as general business law.
A key focus of his practice is providing legal counsel to companies and institutions in cross-border matters involving Germany and Poland. This includes, in particular, drafting employment and service contracts, developing tailored legal solutions, and representing clients in and out of court.
Dr. Marcin Zieliński earned his master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Toruń (Poland). He then furthered his studies by pursuing an LL.M. program at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne, where he subsequently completed his doctoral studies.
He gained his first practical experience as an attorney at an internationally oriented law firm in Gdańsk, specializing in labor law and international commercial law.
After completing his legal clerkship at the Gdańsk Bar Association, he was admitted to the bar as a Polish attorney (Adwokat). Dr. Marcin Zieliński has also been admitted to practice law in Germany since 2012, and he has been a certified specialist in labor law since 2023.
