Düsseldorf, December 12, 2023 – KENO GmbH, a subsidiary of the Polish KENO Group, a leading distributor and manufacturer of complete photovoltaic systems and heat pumps, has signed its first rental agreement in Germany for a new logistics and administration property built to high sustainability standards in Hilden near Düsseldorf. The long-term commercial lease agreement concluded with project developer LogProject has a volume of EUR 16 million. The TIGGES real estate / commercial rental competence team provided comprehensive advice to KENO Energy on this project.
