With over 25 years of market experience and more than 600 customers using the “Hausmanager” solution, net-haus brings extensive expertise to the group of companies.
The acquisition represents an important milestone for SINGU – just a few weeks after its official market entry in Germany – and underlines the company’s clear commitment to consistently expanding its presence in the DACH region. The parties have agreed not to disclose the economic terms of the transaction.
The advice provided by the interdisciplinary TIGGES team covered the entire purchase process: from legal due diligence and legal advice on German law to the drafting and negotiation of the SPA and support during signing and closing.
This transaction demonstrates TIGGES’ many years of expertise in supporting cross-border company acquisitions and its close ties to the Polish market.
