Bahar Beyaz (34) advises national and international clients on commercial and corporate law as well as M&A transactions. She also specializes in commercial and contract drafting. As a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law as well as for international business law, Bahar Beyaz has in-depth knowledge of cross-border legal transactions and is particularly familiar with the legal issues of start-ups. She advises founders and investors from abroad on their activities on the German market.
As a German and Turkish native speaker, Bahar Beyaz advises in particular medium-sized and large companies on cross-border trade activities and investments in German-Turkish business transactions.
Bahar Beyaz began her legal career in a Düsseldorf law boutique and most recently worked for an international auditing, law and tax consultancy firm in Düsseldorf.
