Traditionally, we support a good cause that is particularly close to our hearts with our Christmas card. This year, the flood disaster that hit parts of North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate and left behind so much suffering and destruction in the regions has been very close to our hearts. Even if the media attention has diminished in the meantime, the need to help has not.
The motif of our Christmas greeting comes from the Krefeld artist Wendelin Wagner, who has designed a limited Christmas card series “Ahrtal Edition” in linoleum print, which will be sold in support of a fundraising campaign for an affected midwife in Ahrweiler for the reconstruction of her home and practice.
