Recently, our partner and AI expert Micaela Schork, LL.M. was a speaker at the “Video production with AI” workshop. Experts and interested parties met in a great location in Düsseldorf to discuss current trends in video production. The event was organized by Düsseldorf-based ZEITSPRUNG Commercial GmbH.
In her presentation, Micaela Schork gave the guests a comprehensive overview of key legal topics such as:
- Copyright and intellectual property
- Personal rights
- Contract drafting
- Liability issues
Particular attention was paid to how contracts can be designed to be “AI-proof” in order to provide legal protection for both creative professionals and companies.
