The Lüttgens Group is an internationally active specialist for technical injection molded parts and assemblies made of thermoplastics. For over 88 years, the company has been established as a reliable partner for customer-specific plastic solutions and supplies well-known customers from various industrial sectors. The buyer is Artemis Capital Partners GmbH, an investment company from Munich.
The advice included full legal and tax support for the process of selling the German and Polish group companies.
