Our partner Michael Niermann was a guest speaker at the personnel working group of the DIE GÜTERBAHNEN association and gave a comprehensive overview of key issues for personnel managers in a rail transport company – from paid breaks to permissible working hours, working time overruns and on-call duty through to insurance cover.
A big thank you to the association DIE GÜTERBAHNEN / Neele Wesseln for the invitation and to all participants for their great interest and the open, practice-oriented exchange. It was a great pleasure for us to be part of this committed group!
