Tax law advice has been a focus of our activities for many years. Our specialised team consists of lawyers (including several lawyers specialising in tax and/or inheritance law as well as with the qualification of Diplom Finanzwirt), several tax advisors and specialist staff. This wide-ranging expertise enables us to provide comprehensive advice and practical implementation of our tax structuring solutions. In close cooperation with our other departments, we assist our clients in the national and international tax law aspects of transactions, corporate structuring, corporate succession, inheritance law issues and the establishment of foundations, among other things.

Many of our clients operate across borders and receive comprehensive advice on tax law in a national and international context. We also have experience in advising on the structuring of business relationships between affiliated companies (in particular transfer pricing and documentation) as well as in customs law.

We also accompany and advise our clients in disputes with the tax authorities, conduct objection and complaint proceedings and provide support in upcoming external audits. Besides legal counselling, we also offer ongoing tax consultancy through our subsidiary TIGGES Tax GmbH.
